Double charging

I’ve always used Royal Mail “click and Go” to post my items usually lightweight large letters costing anything from £1.55 and £1.80, nice and easy. I pay RM direct via PayPal but have recently discovered the costs are also being deducted from my eBay account. HELP PLEASE
