Sold phone and it’s been signed for and tracking saying delivered but on eBay it doesn’t

Tracking on eBay is rarely in sync with couriers / RM tracking.

This should not hold back your payout this is made  within 24 hours of the buyer paying,  that is, if your account is in good standing as below:

• Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months 

If a case is opened for item not received,  just enter the tracking numbers you have to show delivery.
