I cannot see any recent sales, when did you sell this item?
You can send the buyer a polite message to say if you did not hear from them by ** day you deem the item to be unwanted, and will be cancelling the order . This refunds them , I'm taking it they've paid?
You can then cancel the order citing Buyer requests to cancel, so that this will not impact your selling performance.
