Click & Collect extension for a collection

Hi,

I placed an order item number 14580118624 which has been delivered to the collection point on 6th July and it's being held until 13th July.

The problem is I'm not able to get there to collect it until 14th July the day after the delivery window. 

Is it possible to get an extension of 24 hours so I can collect the item the following day.

It can't be extended on ebay and the item will return to the seller.    Once they get it back they can cancel/refund and relist for you to buy again, if they're willing.

This is a member to member forum and clearly this is not something that another member can organise for you.

Personally, I would either contact the collection point direct and ask them very nicely to hold the item for an extra day or I would arrange for somebody else to collect it for me.

They would need to have the collection code and a form of ID belonging to you.

Non collected items are not always returned to seller,they can be disposed of or given to charity, 

So you lose item and money.
