When I print labels through Royal Mail on eBay, the return address is still a very old address I haven't lived or operated from for 3 years. My account details are correct and have my newest address. All my listings use the correct postcode for "item location" but for some reason, printed labels STILL have my old address on them.
How do I change this? I've checked every setting I can find regarding addresses and the address that is wrong, cannot be find anywhere so I don't know how eBay is using this old address as my return address.
