I'm a private seller based in the UK and I don't ship internationally.
I've just received an email from eBay saying 'We’ve opted you into the Global Shipping Programme.' 'In approximately 2-3 days, your eligible listings will display international postage costs to buyers in other countries.' 'Opt out at any time.'
When I go to postage preferences in the settings it does not give me the option to change anything or to opt out. (image attached)
I do not want to ship any of the items that I'm selling internationally. Most of the items are low value and are just things from my childhood that I'm trying to get rid of. The hassle of international shipping isn't worth it for me.
How can I opt out?

Yep, quite a few reports coming in, of this odd , and unwanted message being received by sellers today.
To opt out go to your Site Preferences, and there you can opt out of GSP.

Is there an Edit link on the far right of the GSP option? It sometimes goes off the screen if the font is too big.

Thank you so much. I did have to change the font size to see the edit option and I've opted out of the Global Shipping Programme.

You're welcome. It's happened to me several times. 🙂
