Account suspended?

I have recently received 2 emails and 2 messages to say that my account has been suspended (permanently). However, no action seems to have been taken and I can use eBay fine. I’m not sure if this is a legitimate concern or an error in the system as I have no idea what I have done or could have done to warrant this suspension in the first place; I do not use eBay much at all and mostly browse the available products looking for good prices (last used 3 months ago). Someone please help me out, I’m confused…

Is there a reason why you haven't posted from the account that has been suspended?

This account was only opened a few days ago.

Sometimes members are permanently banned from selling but still allowed to buy.
