Hi, just sold some books to the U.S. but GSP's own address is highlighted as incorrect with two issues. One that Lichfield is not a city and also that the Postcode dosn't match, suggesting a new one. eg. WS13 8SU instead of WS13 8UR. Contacted seller help, requested a call back, nothing. What do I do now?
Can anyone help, the parcel I posed the eBay shipping centre with the label which was created by eBay is being returned to me with the reason "we were unable to deliver this item as the recipient is no longer at that address. We're returning the item to the sender." Seriously!?!?!? The address is
GSP, UNIT 3 DOVE CL, FRADLEY PK, LICHFIELD, WS13 8UR which is the one that is mentioned when searched.
Hi, I selected print postage and choose Royal Mail Tracked 48hr. I don't use the GSP often, last time was a couple of months ago, and never had an issue, the address is exactly the same as all the other times, except for the reference code for the buyer.
eBay CS have confirmed the warehouse is still there! so seems RM made a scanning error. It still says Return to Sender, and eBay also says that. Except eBay now shows it being assigned to a container. i think for GSP I'll post on Monday's to ensure it arrives on a week day.
If it has been assigned to a container, then the hub has received and processed it. They are not very good at sending messages now to say they have got it but you should receive one soon to say that your parcel is on its way.
I think RM have either had their Xmas party to soon or are not coping well with all of the parcels.
I think the Christmas Helpers may not be helping that well. Just checked and it's in the container which is closed. Sigh of relief. I think i'll post any GSP items on Monday in future to ensure they arrive on a weekday. Thank you for you help and replies.
