Adding tracking to combined post

Hi

I'm new to ebay and I've been asked by a number of buyers to combine postage.

I've agreed and posted a few doubled up orders and used 1 of the 2 qr codes generated by ebay on each package.

The issue is that I've then tried to add the tracking number to the second order (the one with the unused qr code) and I cant get to thw screen that allows me to input  anything.

In seller hub, I select the order and use the drop down to select 'add tracking'. When i do this, it loads up the app and takes me to a page to select categories of items as if I am shopping.

I talked to an ebay agent, who said the tracking would update after 49 hours, but that hasn't happened.

Any help would be much appreciated.

There is a problem with combining orders at the moment.   Ask ebay to actually add the tracking number to the item.  Contact them using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

You need to at least get it showing as dispatched.   After that even if the tracking does not update you will receive the payment after 14 days.

Is there anywhere that Ebay announce known problems like this?

This problem is to do with ebay's new Simple Delivery.    There are a number of issues that they are still in the process of ironing out.    They haven't itemised them as yet.   And we're all trying to get used to the new system.
