Simple delivery

Sent a parcel again via simple delivery with Evri today and it took just 48 seconds from printing the label to handing it over to the staff in the shop for them to then scan .4 parcels now been sent via evri ,absolutely no problems and the first 2 parcels arrived with no issues and I have had lovely feed back .

I also found Simple Delivery to be relatively quick and easy once I tried it.

Likewise, though I use Royal Mail.

A lot of problems are coming from people who haven't read the available information on how it works, or have done so but have failed to understand it.

Same here. I have gone from being against it (before trying) to actually being a bit of a fan. 

It is quicker.

I don't need to worry/pay extra if my packaging puts it a little over the weight/size of the 'recommended' label.

If it's lost/arrives damaged, it's not my problem - though saying that I have only ever had half a dozen maybe,  lost and one damaged in the last 20 years!

I particularly like the shop-to-shop option if Evri is enabled - cheaper postage cost and item doesn't get left on a doorstep if no one is in.

Many of the problems that aren't user related are PO related, so as long as you know how it works, and avoid the PO if yours is one that doesn't know what they are supposed to do, then it should be fine.
