I dispatched an item worth over £100 via Evri/ eBay simple delivery. Sadly, the buyer has notified me that Evri is yet to deliver the item. I have searched through internet/ evri website but can't get hold of any real human customer service to talk to. Please, what is the best approach in this situation?

as pointed out by earlier reply, encourage the buyer to open a case, that will kick start the money back.

Even if you get through to Evri they won't talk to you as you bought the carriage from e-Bay.
As others have said, the Buyer needs to open a Not Received case and e-Bay will refund them and you get to keep what they paid you.
