seller return

Using the vehicle checker I duly purchased a car accessory which arrived. The item is not compatible with my car and while the seller is accepting a return they are refusing to provide a postage label. I cannot escalte this with Ebay as there doesn't appear to be a way of doing this?.

You must first open a not as described case, then if seller does not provide return label within 3 days, you can escalate to ebay.

The vehicle checker is not that reliable, you really do need to know what your buying as none authentic manufacturer parts often don't fit, and if you open a doesn't fit case you pay to return using a tracked postal service

Yes, I opened a not as described case but then received a message saying to
send it to their address in the UK. This was not the outcome I was
expecting.
