I need  to post something around 80cm long and quite large in all the other dimensions too. Ive been able to select parcel force before when selling a monitor but as im now selling a large toy it doesn't have the option to go above medium in the forced simple delivery. If i change my listing to a monitor for example the advance options reappear but im not selling a monitor so I cannot do this. The only work around I seem to find online is to create a business policy but that hasn't worked for me either.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

No,  don't change to a business account  if you are just selling second hand,  used unwanted items, as you will not be able to change back to a Private account and will have to open a new account losing any previous good feedback earned.  Or,  is this is what has happened, as I see you have a low feedback score?

Is DHL not available for you to use?  Or, try this workaround....

Or,  under the postage heading when listing, click on the box containing measurements and you'll get a pop-up.  At the very bottom of that and you should see the oversize option.   Select that and you will be able to buy your own postage.  You won't be able to add new tracking and your payout will be held here,  for a minimum of 14 days.

As the item is listed as a toy/model there is no option but simple delivery and it is limited to medium as the maximum size. I believe the category limits the size of a parcel that you can select meaning I was unable to see any of your suggested methods. As previously mentioned this whole process worked flawlessly when i was listing and sold my monitor as I was able to choose custom postage and use parcel force.
