Can anyone help me I have a rating of 4.6 on postage when I don't charge postage at all! so how on earth have I been rated ??

You should get an automatic five stars when you offer free postage.    Contact ebay and ask them to check it for you.   You can request a callback on here:

This is live listing with postage and I found several similar items sold in April with postage.

Sorry that one slipped the net just taken it off, Yes there is some in April but I'm not changing for postage.

so still not understanding the ratings unless this was worked out over 12 months or something?

Your DSR ratings are based on last 12 months sales.

Oh! I didn't know that in that case 4,6 don't seem bad at all lol

So in time that should disappear or begin to move up towards the 5

But you do! At least two of your listings within the last month have charged for delivery.
