Account Suspension

Hey eBay Community,

My account got suspended because eBay thinks I have multiple accounts, but the other accounts belong to my family members (younger brother, older brother, and mom). I can prove they're not mine by sending their passport copies or anything else needed. My appeal got denied without checking the evidence. Can someone please help me with this?

Multiple accounts are allowed, up to 8 I believe, so that is not the reason.

.However if any account that you are associated with has problems with ebay, all accounts at same address will be affected. In theory if you are suspended then everyone is suspended.

The other accounts will be in your other family members names, and the linked bank account will be in their name, so that's not the issue.

Have you ever had an eBay account, or has anyone in your household got any restrictions on their account (perhaps an outstanding seller fee)?
