Wrong parcel dimensions. Simple delivery

Started using Simple delivery. Got a prepaid postage label and notice that the dimensions are very slightly out. i.e. double cd when packed is 3 cm instead of 2.5. I guess this now falls into the small parcel bracket rather than large letter. Should I still post the item or do I need to cancel the label and repurchase (can't see how I do this). Thanks

If it was your mistake you should cancel/refund transaction and relist with correct size for the buyer to buy again.   I'd do that anyway.   There is no way of cancelling a SD label although unused ones are refunded after 30 days.

I really don't want to cancel the whole order. If I could see the address I could pay for postage but I can't see the delivery address of the buyer (which I have been able to see before)

Now we don't see the buyer's address until we download the postage label.   You could do that and then leave it unused so it's refunded.   If you buy different postage you would be paying for that yourself.   And because there's no way of changing the tracking on ebay you'd have to wait 14 days for the payment to be released.

I have now found the buyer's address on my computer (it isn't showing on my phone). I will pay for postage myself and maybe the prepaid label will be refunded if I don't use it

Sounds OK to me.   Where did you see the buyer's address?
