Unable to promote listing

I am unable to promote my new listing's any more and promotion have been removed from my pervious listing's as well. 

Please advise

These are eBay's rules / standards to achieve before being able to promote items.

To promote items on eBay UK, you generally need an "Above Standard" or "Top Rated" seller status, an account in good standing with sales history, and must promote fixed-pri...Promoted Listings Standard/Priority to boost visibility, paying per click. 

The items must be fixed price in certain categories and not auction style.
