I want to return a item i pressed for a collection from my home ,but then you wanted a printed label and I haven't a printer, so I cancelled the return item, as I want to take ot to the post office, but I cant now request to return .... I want to return the item as it is not what I needed

If you cancelled the return you can no longer return the item via eBay. The return can't be reopened, and you can't open another for the same order.

It's a shame you didn't come here earlier, you don't need to print the label, there's a QR code with it and you can just take that to your local Post Office, show it to them on your phone/tablet and then they print it for you.

If your seller has agreed to accept the return you may be able to return it at your own expense, but will need to come to some arrangement with them.

If you cancelled the return you cannot open another for the same item.

However,  it is worth asking Customer Service and explaining the mistake, see if they will open another return case,  they are not obliged to,  but as said, worth a shot.
