Hiya please confirm that you I haven’t received this items and I need asking them to refund me but it’s taken more than week still now they don’t refund money,

You do not ask for a refund. You open a not received case, if no refund within 3 days then you escalate to ebay who refund at sellers expense.

If simple delivery was used then ebay may refund direct to you, allowing seller to keep money.

Does  seem rather open to abuse by sellers.

Did you open a case on ebay within 30 days of the expected delivery date?
