Outstanding fee

Hi eBay, I would like to pay my outstanding fee which is 14.99. however the app will not let me pay. Any chance u can send me a link or a call so I can pay?

Have you setup the account for Managed Payments as required ? ... Apps can be unreliable ... use a PC/Laptop instead.
