Global Shipping programme

I am a private UK seller.  I enrolled for the Global Shipping Programme and most of my listings show it as selected.  But one has the toggle greyed out, and I have an interested buyer in Australia.  Why can't I choose the GS programme?

Or,  you could just relist it, without GSP and add Australia to your countries you post to in your Site Preferences here:

Thanks, it's sorted now by an agent.  I had made an offer on the item and hadn't realised that would grey out the option.  But I can still send it via the GSP.
