I want to give eBay feedback on the new simple postage system as I can no longer ask for the postman to collect parcels which is hugely inconvenient as the post office is a six mile round trip. Any suggestions
Collection is still available with Simple Delivery through Royal Mail. First you have to opt out of using Evri here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
Then when your item is sold and after you've generated a prepaid label on eBay, you can book your collection on the Royal Mail website. More info: https://www.royalmail.com/collection
