I received a prepaid label for an order with multiple items for the same order but only charged 85p, postage should be over £7. How can i correct this? I originally selected evri as the courier but ebay has chosen royal mail. How can i correct this?
Thank you for the advice. I think i will try mentioning the postage seems too low at the post office and either pay the extra postage or failing that get a new tracked label of my own from royal mail. Don't mind losing 85p too much. Just checking here the best route to take.
