I got a refund 2 refund acceptions, 1 for 197.00 and the other 160.00 but they weighed over 25kg so the barcode l was given were under 25kg, and eBay has no contact number or email address to resolve this matter.
The only way we have of contacting ebay is to click on the help link at the top of any page. Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant. Ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person.
