I have bought some Nike Tech Fleece sets from various eBay sellers.
I have started to sell them on StockX, however, they have failed authenticity checks, I have been fined for each failure and my account has been suspended.
I have more orders from eBay currently in transit to me.
What is the best way to deal with this to get refunded?
Do I refuse deliveries?
Do I ask for a refund when they arrive and inform them they are counterfeit?
I could take them to a Nike shop and ask them to confirm authenticity.
There are hundreds of fakes on eBay being allowed to be sold.
I have been an eBay member for over 20 years, they have gone massively downhill when it comes to quality checks and customer support.

It's safer for you to take delivery then start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days. You can do that for any items bought within the last 30 days.

Do NOT refuse to accept deliveries. This immediately disqualifies you from using eBay's money back guarantee.
Fake products can be returned under eBay's money back guarantee. The item has to be returned to the seller - eBay will require them to send you a prepaid return label (for UK returns). eBay does not normally require any independent proof that items are not genuine.
eBay has never provided quality checks, except where its own authenticity guarantee applies. In fact, they specifically warn buyers that they don't guarantee the quality of items sold here, or that they will be truthfully described, safe or even legal.
Buying from unknown sellers on eBay to resell elsewhere is a risky business model. eBay is a jungle.

You also need to upgrade your account to business.
You have admitted buying to sell.

Everything you have sold since the 12th October has been brand new.
You are trading from a private account which means your buyers have to pay the Buyer Protection Fee to Ebay and don't have the right to return items which they are entitled to by the Consumer Protection Act.
Details of how to upgrade are here:

If you plan to sell casually, such as selling items you no longer want, a private account is the best option.
If you want to sell large quantities, if you have items that you've made or bought to resell or if you already have a business outside of eBay, you’ll need to register a business account.
