The guidance on ebay suggests there is a setting to change payout frequency within the seller hub but I can't see any option to do so. My banks sent me a warning that it looks like I'm using my account as a business - I've sold 11 items since October, and certainly not using it as a business. I'd like to change my payout frequency so the number of payouts are lower.
Can someone advise where the option is to change payout frequency to a bank account, or if I can add another payout option like my paypal account, or even just keep the money in my ebay balance?

Ebay no longer pay you automatically - details below. You used to able to request payments daily, weekly or monthly but that facility is no longer available to private sellers.
I would have a word with your bank - 11 sales since October, even if you withdraw after each sale does not make you look like a business.
Currently, once the buyer's order is confirmed, you can send your item, and any applicable fees or other costs will be automatically deducted from your sales proceeds before they appear in your account.
Your sales proceeds will show as Processing funds in the Payments tab in Seller hub, and it typically takes 1 day for them to appear as Available for payout, unless the transaction was placed on hold.
Once your funds are showing as Available for payout in the Payments tab in My eBay or Seller hub, you can request payouts directly to your linked bank account by entering the amount, and selecting Withdraw.
If you don’t use or withdraw your balance, we’ll automatically send your available funds to your bank account on the first Tuesday of every January, April, July, and October. For more information, visit our article on eBay balance.
After we initiate a payout it will appear as Funds sent in My eBay and the Payments tab in Seller Hub. It takes between 0-4 business days for the funds to clear in your bank account and become available to you.
