Case closed without resolution

I bought a pair of jeans that did not fit absolutely shocking. There was meant to be Diesel jeans but they’re more like a cheap pair from Asda.

Case closed without resolution

If you add more details or ask a question, you will get some advice.

Trying to guess the issue, if you opened a return case giving the reason 'wrong size/didn't fit' and you bought from a private seller, that would be classed as a 'change of mind' return and the seller would be able to refuse the return and the case would close.

Case closed without resolution

You said very little!  What actually happened so that the case closed without resolution?

For example, did you open a case using 'does not fit', or one for 'not as described'?

Did your seller have 'no returns' on the listing?

I read every word.

If you buy items that are 'not as described' you can open a case and return the item.

You say the case closed 'without resolution' but I don't know what that means.

Does it mean you did not get a refund?

What reason did you choose for returning the jeans?
