How do i get my funds released to me when the post office does not update the delivery. I bought the label through ebay as i always do. took to post office received a receipt, but when you go on the tracking on post office website, it says cannot update tracking on this item. How do i get paid? I post all my items the same way, sometimes you can get an update other times it says you cant.

You will either get paid 2 days after the tracking shows delivery or 14 days after the transaction.

So, if the tracking is not updated, you will get paid - you will just have to wait.

Edit

You should be registered as a business seller in any case.  if you upgrade your account and register properly, you will not be subject to payment holds.

Do I need a business account?

If you plan to sell casually, such as selling items you no longer want, a private account is the best option. 

If you want to sell large quantities, if you have items that you've made or bought to resell or if you already have a business outside of eBay, you’ll need to register a business account.

You will not find tracking on any post office website, it is Royal Mail who deliver.
