overseas postage

i have my overseas shipping set to global shipping but when a guy from australia bought an item from me it didnt step in so i got quote from royal mail far less than expected i went ahead with the sale then showed i needed a custom label & the postage price had risen by 10.00 what should i have done?

If GSP didn't activate there isn't anything else you could have done, apart from the cancel the transaction.   If your direct postage is correct see if you can change the tracking for the item on your orders page.   And mark as dispatched.   

If it won't let you do that contact ebay and ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:

You need to at least get it showing as dispatched.

I canceled the transaction. First I used royal mail but took there minimum price then put in the info it said 26.20. I quoted 16.1 not reading it fully. Evri do it for 18.00 standard. I use global shipping then wondered why they didnt act. There might have been recent changes unaware of. Many thanks
