£5,000 Package sent via packlink and they are Ignoring all my emails sent every day for a month
They are ALSO ignoring UPS Emails
I just want my £5,000 parcel returned to me
UPS today said sadly Packlink have not responded to there request sent on the 2nd December stating they need to send UPS A LOA To have my item returned to me
If Packlink do not respond to me or UPS and i loose this £5,000 parcel due to there non responses from myself and UPS i will 100% take a simple procedure court case against them
Is anyone else have there emails ignored? or is it ust me and UPS UK, And UPS USA?

If you are the seller why do you want the package returned?
Incidentally it's best to buy postage direct from couriers and cut out Packlink.

It couldnt clear customs in the USA as any orders over $2500 the reciver must have a USA TAX ID
The chap is Mexican and born in Mexico living in the USA So i need it returned
UPS are emailing me daily with limited info but the just said Packlink need to "reply to there email sent on the 2nd December 2025"
Yet packlink have not replied to UPS Emails and ive had 1 x reply in around 10 x full days

Here is one email I've just received from UPS
Telling me that Packlink need to reply to their emails, but they're ignoring me and UPS

Packlink are saying that UPS are investigating it
Packlink said: They asked for its return on the 2nd December
UPS are saying that they emailed Packlink on the 2nd December asking for a LOA from they and they have not replied as off today 12th December
UPS are saying they CANT return my £5,000 unless PACKLINK reply to there 2nd December email satting that they want it returned and fill out a LOA FORM!
I've had 2-3 emails from PACKLINK IN A MONTH And ive been emailing them DAILY!

That's a very specific problem and I very much doubt that any other member will have been in the same situation and so have any advice.
Have you refunded the buyer? If so on what basis?
12-12-2025 3:37 PM
The buyer has been so paitent and is waiting its not my fault that the buyer doesnt have a USA TAX ID required ofr all imports now over $2500 as he is a Mexican man
I cant afford to refund him anyway as ive zero savings and if he does a chargeback 2 x weeks before christmas i will be in 4k of debt before christmas! What an absolute nightmare and really who is too blame in all of this?
PACKLINK 100% Its no ones elses fault i just want the item back so my customer and i can deal with it another way!
A MONTH IN A USA depot because of PACKLINK! Not taking the time to reply to me or UPS
Packlink to blame for the stress, Depression and sleepless nights NO One else!

So whose fault is it that the US import regulations were not met?
12-12-2025 4:13 PM
No ones fault
I didn't know about that
My customer also didn't know about it
The USA government has its rules and not everyone knows the rules for every country don't pretend you know them all
If someone doesn't know something, doesn't mean they're at blame!
Go figure

One thing is PACKLINK ARE TO Blame!
For not replying to customers issues and doing so every 7-10 days
