Really bad Customer service Evri

Trying to claim for damaged goods . Sent my parcel first time with Evri only to find out it was damaged badly in transit , Trying to get through to speak to a human is a joke , The whole experience on Evri's website is a joke also , My experience is not to use these again , 100% others a lot better ,

Really bad Customer service Evri

You are not alone in this! Do you know you can opt out of EVRI? To be fair, our EVRI delivery drivers are excellent but I wouldn't count on this being the general case at the moment.
