Packlink is a horrible company with terrible service. They have an opaque structure where it's difficult to even take them to court in the UK, they break their own terms service and there's no way to contact them. They ignore emails through their platforms, there's no live chat despite what their website state and they provide no alternative means of contact. I'm not even sure if this is legal.
So why would ebay choose to work with such a company?
