eBay are showing on all of our listings for the US market that the new tariff in place has to be paid by them (the buyer) on delivery, their exact wording is -
"Due to US policies, import fees for this item will need to be paid to customs or the shipping carrier on delivery"
they buyer then has the option to "learn more" by clicking a link when then informs then that "the carrier will contact you collect fees on delivery"
With the way Royal Mail are dealing with the tariff costs, we (the UK seller) are covering the tariff costs and are paying these ourselves at no additional costs to the buyer with the items landing tariff paid and us footing the bill yet eBay are failing to advertise this and instead showing (falsely) the complete opposite.
I have called today about this and told i was right and it would be passed to the "technical team" to look at.
