What is this awful new feature?
I had just been forced to book a collection for an item through DHL (I found this out on the last day of dispatch) so now I am late dispatching an item because I was unaware of this change. I booked the time slot for the next day and they did not arrive.
I work full time (like most people on here who sell casually and are not a shop) so cannot be available to have items collected. The prepaid label system where I can drop the parcel off at a shop at my leisure worked perfectly…
