UPS customs invoice?

This is my first time sending to the US - I have the UPS label that comes with commercial invoice provided by eBay - do I also need to fill in and attached a separate customs invoice when I send or is all the info I need to provide on the print-outs supplied? And if that is everything - should I be including more than one copy of the commercial invoice? Probably quite a basic question but i keep finding different info and just wanna be sure! Thanks!

Better to check the basics on the UPS website, which seems quite good to me. That said, I personally err on the side of adding an extra Customs Form (even when it is not strictly needed). Yes, you are doing more than the carrier demands, but foreign Customs have their own systems, and I have noticed that it can help things clear Customs much faster in some situations. Good luck!

When I send by UPS the commercial invoice is submutted electrnically when the parcel lable is purchased but I dont buy labels from ebay I use interparcel, ebay may have other arrangements that probably dont meet international rewquirements negotitated by interns, probably best to put a copy in an documents enclosed envelope and put it on the parcel

I only have 25 years of experience of shipping worldwide so am no match for the knowledge ebay have!
