Trying to sell a poster and post in a large tube, but eBay simple delivery doesn't allow "large" items for postage. The custom option has also disappeared. Anything I can do at all here?

No Collection only option

Can't select Collection only on my new listings. I have a couple of live listings where there was no Collection only option to tick when setting up or when editing the listing. Just defaults to £2.94 delivery. How can I sort this?
