International postage options

Have been selling items internationally via GSP but finding it an expensive option for some prospective purchasers but becoming a little confused with the seemingly endless computations of DIY International postage.

My query with DIY  International postage is that there are an awful lot of variables: postage to France, for instance, going to be less expensive than to Australia; postage of a 1 Kg package is going to be less than a

5 Kg package. I've looked at the postage options page where countries can be included/excluded and there are blank boxes - apparently for the sender to complete - regarding postage costs/weight etc. and wondering how a sender can complete all the necessary destination/weight options to cover every eventuality.

Apart from Ebay's GSP - which appears to be prohibitively expensive for purchasers - is there not any easy Worldwide shipping option which will give two or three different delivery services to choose from based on destination and weight?

I don't know if my next international sales enquiry is going to be from Germany for something weighing 1 Kg or the US weighing 3 Kg et.etc.. and seems like an inordinate amount of work trying to cover all geographical and weight combination options.

Any light that can be shed on this would be appreciated.

International postage options

As an addition to the above: I have navigated my way to selecting three or four different International Worldwide postage options (Ebay Packlink is one, for instance) and there is an empty box stating 'Buyer pays'. How do I fill this box when the weight and therefore costs are variable?
