I know only a couple of companies now deliver for small & medium parcels but why is it you no longer have a choice of who to deliver by as you increased postage costs if you only choose 1 company. Yet in your own guidance it says
Make sure only couriers that offer collection, like Royal Mail, are available
I cannot do this as you charge more so nobody is going to buy it! I do not have a printer or smartphone so want to use a bring a label collection service. I have not listed since simple delivery was introduced but am going to give it a go again as see info now says RM can bring a label (this was not an option when simple delivery started) - although this was not announced!

Yes, that RM option is available. Also @cambrian-coast-collectables has posted about how they use EVRI without a smartphone or printer. And now this month you can use Custom Postage for most items £20 and under.

Without Simple Delivery you'd be paying slightly more to Royal Mail direct for the postage plus 30p to have your parcels collected, which is free via e-Bay. You also wouldn't have such a high level of protection and if something was lost or damaged you'd have to refund the Buyer and hope you could get compensation out of RM.
Simple Delivery with the postman bringing the labels works fine for me. You need to be careful though as after apparently arranging the collection you still need to open the label even though you won't be doing anything with it. At that point you should get a confirmation e-mail from RM.
