personalisation

I have completed the personalisation to complete my first listing but it doesn't show up for the customer. What can i do.

I have taken a screenshot on your listing as I see it.

It does look like the option to personalise is there.

If there are instructions on personalisation - no.

Could you add them as the first line of the description?

What instructions?  There are instructions for use in your description.

When listing our product we came to a section to give instruction for the customer to be able to personalise the product.
When we look on the listing when it is live our instructions are not there.
