has anyone had issues with packlink making up excess charges for weight then just billing you ?
charges £3.18 additional charge for a charger that weighs 0.4 kilo, the process fro getting it back is purposely made a night mare. no picture of course ?
this has now happened over 5 times. it now not worth the savings might as well go direct with evri yodel etc
