gsp

hi I have used gsp for a long time with no problems but have just sold soft toys to france and instead of gsp I am faced with a list of shipping options that I dont use also I used to be able to change country on my items to check postage I can no longer do this can anyone help thanks

Thank you for your post.  I don't think this should be to do with simple delivery and it doesn't affect gsp.

Do you have the item number for the order that gsp is no longer showing for? and are there other listings that are not showing gsp that should be?

235959816468 all my listings should show gsp but all are the same when i try to check postage wont let me and the item that has sold just shows multiple posting options before it just automatically showed gsp

I looked at some of your items, you are not in GSP or simple delivery.

You will post internationally, but have not put a cost.

thanks items I sold at the weekend with gsp were fine gsp is definitely switched in am very confused

just been on live chat and they told me its because the items are used but that doesnt make sense as a lot are new they said it is to do with customs im even more confused now as it seems if this is true gsp wont ship anything

See if Kat comes back as not all ebay customer service staff give out the correct info I'm afraid, many are situated abroad to, in India and the Philippines............

I checked other sellers, they don't show GSP either.

So obviously ebay issue.
