I bought 3 Eero Pro 6E routers from a seller on EBay. They worked for a few weeks and have now stopped working. They have been blocked by the ISP that originally supplied them. The seller will not respond to my messages and requests for help.
Anybody else had similar issues with Eero products.
eBay does not seem able to offer me any kind of help through their various site mechanisms. The AI assistant just goes round in circles.
The items were bought on October 25th 2025.
please help
