I get SCAM

Hello everyone, I really need some advice.

I was scammed: instead of a phone, I received an empty envelope with only some papers inside.
I immediately opened a ticket with Lloyds Bank, and they refunded the money the next day. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice at first that they asked me to send additional evidence. About 10 days later, the bank took the money back from my card, and I lost the dispute.

I have had my eBay account for 8 years and I have a very good history. I also have all the evidence, including photos and a video clearly showing that I was scammed.

The problem is that I waited for Lloyds Bank to respond, and now one month has already passed.

What can I do at this point?
Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows the best next steps?

no matter what, once you made a claim via your bank eBay won't get involved.

It was not a good idea to go straight to your bank. Have you never bothered to read the ebay money back guarantee?

All you needed to do was open a Not as described case, seller either provides a return label, and refunds on return. Refunds without return, or does nothin in which case after  3 days you escalate case to ebay who refunds.

In other words you would have had a full refund in a few days.

Now too late to go to ebay, although as you went straight to bank, I doubt you could have used ebay.
