How do I return an item after the seller rejected my request and I’m contacting the seller and he doesn’t answer and I can’t get help from eBay customer support directly what to do

If you've already had a return request turned down there's nothing else you can do on ebay.   If the item was not described correctly you must have used the wrong reason, eg. Doesn't fit is classed as change of mind which sellers can refuse.   You should have used "Not as described".

There's nothing else you can do on ebay but contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
