Can any one help me how do I stop being scammed buying a iPhone I understand that eBay have a 30 day money back guarantee but what’s if the seller reports the phone as stolen after 30 days selling it to you your phone gets shut down by someone else claiming it still there’s?

Then you lose the phone and your money. It's a risk that you take buying from any online platform.

Thoroughly check out the seller you're buying it from.
