How can I let a buyer view an item before buying - give him my address?

until the item is purchased eBay don't allow exchange of contact/address details.

Has to buy and pay. Once inspected if not happy with purchase you have to cancel sale which refunds the buyer.
Long winded but ebay way off stopping off ebay deals.
You could of course supply more pictures, but not the same as seeing.
