Seller issues - payment processing

hello all,

 

seller here!

 

I sold a two items after accepting offers. Both offers were from the same buyer.

 

one item has been processed and should received payment after collection.

HOWEVER, the second item is still showing as ‘active’ when I access active sales, even though when clicking on the item, it says ‘out of stock’.

 

When I access my messages and access the offer made, it goes to ‘manage offers’ screen where it showing ‘payment processing’.

 

any help would be appreciated
