eBay Balance Not Correct

I have been selling some items over the last couple of weeks and although it's saying that the money is available, it's not showing in my balance.  Two items seems to have gone through as that money is being used to pay for promotion etc.  I should have a balance of over one hundred pound and it's showing £25ish .... can anyone shed any light please?

Sorry,  we are members like yourself and have no access to your account to see any breakdown of fees or the cost of postage labels you may have purchased from eBay .

This will give you a breakdown of your transactions,  fees paid,  money received.

If the above still doesn't clear up the amounts, contact eBay Customer Services,  they do have that access,  and can explain any transaction and fee paid for you.

I am afraid that only you have all the information, we cannot guess. In PAYMENTS you can see all transactions, and from that you should be able to work out what if anything is missing.
