Variation Listings priced individually

I am a Private Seller. Can anyone advise how i can i List multiple variations each with their own cost all within a single listing?

Use Buy It Now Only format with variations.   See "How to add variations on eBay listings" on here:

I can only see the option to 'Buy it Now' or 'Auction'?????
