Hi all, my selling account was permanently suspended about 5-6 years ago due to undelivered items. My now ex wife was doing the post office drop offs as she worked a few doors from my local office she always said items had been dropped in but after a fair few successful sales and deliveries (even sent items abroad) she as I later found out from her colleague "couldn't be bothered anymore" posted them in her works BIN even though every penny I received was spent on her and her child (I was a stepdad to her teenage daughter). I continued using Ebay and still do now I have spent so much over the past 2 years purchasing items with no issue proving I'm genuine. I'm now looking to have my suspension lifted if possible. What do you advise I do and what steps should I take?
Thanks,
Ben

Just to add I have cleared all ebay payments that were due about a year and a half ago

I have never known ebay lift a permanent suspension. That's what permanent means. They won't even discuss it with you.

I've been in touch with customer support and explained openly and honestly in regards to my seller's account and I'm expecting a call back within 24-72 hours. Hopefully I'm able to resolve any issues. My account is paid up to date and they have confirmed my account has been in constant use for purchases to this date without any issue. I'm an open book and never shy away from anything. I freely admitted the issue raised regarding my seller's account as I was in an abusive personal situation. They confirmed I was a very reliable seller upto when everything went wrong even talking notice I posted items half way around the world. Hopefully I can get this resolved. I've stated I'm willing to have any and all payments held until delivery confirmation for as long as required.
